2025 Christmas Shipping Cut-Off Dates

Here are our current dispatch times for each piece:

- Hoodies*, Shorts & Track Pants: Same day dispatch.

- Relaxed & Baggy Hoodies: 1-7 business days to print.

- T-Shirts: 1-7 business days to print.

Please note, there are also delivery times on top of these days, and after dispatch, we cannot control how fast the courier delivers your package.

* Classic B&C Hoodies - Collegiate Hoodies, Navy B&C Hoodie and Club 23 Hoodie.

Here are our current estimated delivery times after dispatch:

New Zealand: 1-2 business days.
New Zealand - Rural: 1-3 business days.

Rest of World: 3-10 business days.

If you have paid extra for Express International Shipping: 2-6 business days.

Please allow for delays as there are currently limited flight capacities for all international orders.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The fastest way to exchange your piece is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Baby Tee:

Premium Baby Tee: Formally known as our "Short-Fit Tee".

• Style: Designed for a modern fit, this tee offers a slightly longer length than the Baby Tee.
• Material: Crafted from 100% Premium Combed Cotton with a weight of 185 GSM, it’s softer and slightly thicker than the Baby Tee, providing extra comfort and durability.
• Fit: The Premium Baby Tee has a longer cut compared to the Baby Tee, ideal for those who prefer a bit more coverage.

If you’re looking for a more cropped style with a breathable feel, the Baby Tee is a great choice.

If you prefer a softer, slightly thicker material with more coverage, the Premium Baby Tee will be your go-to.

Christmas is fast approaching, so here are our 2025 Christmas shipping cut-off dates to help make sure your order arrives in time. Please order before the dates below to avoid missing out!

T-SHIRT & HOODIE ORDERS:

For T-Shirts and Graphic Hoodies, the last day to order to ensure Christmas delivery is:
9th December

We will also be holding a small amount of stock of our most popular tees, so after the 9th of December a select amount will still ship immediately if available.

Please note: T-Shirts and Graphic Hoodies take 1–8 business days to be printed and dispatched, so we strongly recommend ordering early.

NEW ZEALAND ORDERS:

All NZ orders are shipped via NZ Post Courier.

Domestic Courier Cut-Off Date:
22nd December

All international orders are shipped via Economy (Standard) Tracked unless Express is selected at checkout.

Global – Economy (Standard) Tracked Cut-Off Date:
11th December
(Applies to all countries for standard/economy shipping.)

If Express Shipping is chosen at checkout, the cut-off dates are:

Cut-off dates are guidelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. This data has been provided to us by NZ Post and Go Sweet Spot (our shipping provider), and we are not held liable for any shipping delays. Weather events, network congestion, customs delays, and operational issues may affect timelines.

For rural addresses, please allow up to 3 extra working days.

To help ensure on-time delivery:
