U.S. Shipping Update 💌

As of August 29, 2025, the United States has officially removed its duty-free import threshold. This means:

  • All shipments to the U.S., no matter the value, are now subject to duties and taxes.

  • U.S. Customs also now requires additional paperwork before releasing parcels.

  • Because of this sudden rule change, New Zealand Post and many other international carriers have temporarily suspended shipments to the U.S. while they adjust to the new process.

What This Means for You

If you’ve placed an order with us from the U.S., please know:

  • Your order is safe and being held securely with us.

  • Right now, we are unable to dispatch to the U.S. until carriers confirm a clear process for getting parcels through customs.

  • We’re actively working with our couriers and exploring alternative solutions so we can resume shipping as quickly as possible.

How long does it take to dispatch my order?

Here are our current dispatch times for each piece:

- Hoodies*, Shorts & Track Pants: Same day dispatch.

- Relaxed & Baggy Hoodies: 1-7 business days to print.

- T-Shirts: 1-7 business days to print.

Please note, there are also delivery times on top of these days, and after dispatch, we cannot control how fast the courier delivers your package.

* Classic B&C Hoodies - Collegiate Hoodies, Navy B&C Hoodie and Club 23 Hoodie.

How long does it take to deliver my order?

Here are our current estimated delivery times after dispatch:

New Zealand: 1-2 business days.
New Zealand - Rural: 1-3 business days.

Rest of World: 3-10 business days.

If you have paid extra for Express International Shipping: 2-6 business days.

Please allow for delays as there are currently limited flight capacities for all international orders.

What is your return policy?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How can I exchange my item?

The fastest way to exchange your piece is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

What is the difference between the "Baby Tee" and the "Premium Baby Tee"?

Baby Tee:

  • Style: Inspired by the 90s, this tee features a boxy, baby tee fit.
  • Material: Made from 175 g/m² Cotton Jersey, it’s breathable and light, making it perfect for warmer days.
  • Fit: This tee has a more cropped, shorter length, giving it a distinctive, trendy appearance.

Premium Baby Tee: Formally known as our "Short-Fit Tee".

  • Style: Designed for a modern fit, this tee offers a slightly longer length than the Baby Tee.
  • Material: Crafted from 100% Premium Combed Cotton with a weight of 185 GSM, it’s softer and slightly thicker than the Baby Tee, providing extra comfort and durability.
  • Fit: The Premium Baby Tee has a longer cut compared to the Baby Tee, ideal for those who prefer a bit more coverage.

If you’re looking for a more cropped style with a breathable feel, the Baby Tee is a great choice.

If you prefer a softer, slightly thicker material with more coverage, the Premium Baby Tee will be your go-to.

When is the last day I can order before you are closed for the holidays?

As the holiday season approaches, it is important to be aware of the cut-off dates for ordering products to ensure timely delivery.

This is particularly relevant for items that are printed to order (our T-shirts and Hoodies). For these items, please ensure to allow an extra 1-10 business days for the products to be printed and prepared for dispatch. Please note, the cutoff date for our print-to-order products is December 9th.

To facilitate a smooth ordering process, it is recommended to place your orders well in advance of the holiday cut-off dates. This proactive approach minimises the risk of late arrivals and ensures that gifts can be delivered on time.
